The free tier is live and stays free. Paid plans are priced before the apps launch, and nobody is charged before then.

Billing questions

The fine print,
in plain terms.

When will the paid plans be priced?

Before the apps reach the stores. The free tier is settled at thirty receipts a month and stays free. If you want the paid tiers costed for your own volume in the meantime, write to us and we will come back to you directly.

What counts as a receipt?

Each eTIMS receipt your team captures through Rasmi counts toward your monthly limit. Limits reset on your billing date each month.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I hit my receipt limit?

You get a warning as you approach it. If you hit it, new captures pause until the next billing cycle, or until you upgrade. Nothing already captured is lost.

Is there a free trial on paid plans?

The Free plan is free forever. It is a real tier, not a countdown. If you outgrow it, upgrading takes one tap.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments via Paystack, which supports M-Pesa, Visa, and Mastercard in Kenya.
